I had been wondering why there was no entry list for KRUZENSHTERN in this year's tall ships races, until I "surfed" upon the new webpage for KRUZENSHTERN.
It appears that this week, KRUZENSHTERN is due to arrive in Vladivostok, on a circumnavigation. Expected back in the Baltic in late August, and consequently she will miss all the major festivals this year.
