URANIA, sail-training vessel of Royal Netherland Naval College


The Royal Netherland Naval College has announced the itinerary for URANIA on its vist to North America in 2007. Called the "Atlantic Breeze", the journey will start at the end of March,a nd run through August 2007. See schedule below:

The journey will last 144 days and a distance of approximately 12000 nautical miles will be covered.

During autumn 2007 HNLMS Urania will participate in several races and sailing events.



There will also be a postcard of the URANIA as part of

the ASTA tall ships 2007 postcard series.
